Mental health training
Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental Health First Aid is the help offered to someone experiencing a mental health issue or crisis. By introducing MHFA courses in the workplace, your people will be qualified to provide the necessary support at a crucial time. Participants will also learn how to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote good mental health in their community.
